National Initiatives
We are pleased to work alongside organizations and people with a lived experience of reproductive loss, pregnancy and infant loss, and perinatal palliative care from across Canada who seek to improve bereavement care and support for families who experience pregnancy and infant loss. We invited healthcare providers, researchers, grief care advocates, people with lived experience, and community leaders to participate in a “Think Tank” in order to examine the current gaps and possibilitiesacross systems related to pregnancy loss, infant death, and perinatal palliative care. Our goal is to move from working in silos to a national collective action focused on knowledge sharing, connection, and compassion.
