Description: Each individual’s journey following pregnancy and infant loss is deeply personal and unique. Music can be a powerful tool for reflection, emotional processing, and release, particularly because of its personal and meaningful nature.
Back by popular demand, PAIL Network is pleased to offer this workshop, which will explore the benefits of using music to support grief, with a focus on building meaningful playlists. Participants will engage in guided exercises to begin creating personal playlists in honour of their babies and will also learn practical techniques for offering playlists as a supportive tool for the families they serve.
