Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre’s Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL) Network acknowledges the ancestral traditional territories of the Ojibway, the Anishnaabe and, in particular, the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation whose territory we reside on today. This territory is covered by the Williams Treaties.

We acknowledge the Creator (gizhe manidoo), the world around us and our place within it. We acknowledge the many nations that walked this land in the past and those who walk it today. This land is the treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Anishnaabe and we deeply appreciate their stewardship.
