Together with your peers, we invite you to share your programs, inspire others with your research and innovation, promote best practices for community care and wellness, and share your considerations for clinical care.
We are accepting workshops, presentations (scientific, innovation, quality improvement), and poster abstracts.
We are particularly interested in submissions from people and organizations who place inclusion, diversity, equity, and access practices at the forefront of their operation or mission. Some sessions will be offered virtually; however, all presenters are required to facilitate in person. To request an accommodation to present virtually, please indicate this in your submission.

As part of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network’s long-term vision, we are hosting our second biennial educational conference at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites in Richmond Hill on Wednesday, September 24 – Friday, September 26, 2025.
New this year, our Pre-Conference on Wednesday will have a strong focus on practical skill building like simulated communication exercises, making hand and foot molds, and toolkit development workshops, and much more.
This conference will be of great significance for the pregnancy and infant loss community as it aims to bring together health care professionals and bereaved families with a shared goal: to improve the quality of compassionate and skilled care and support for individuals and families who experience a pregnancy loss or infant death.
The conference will welcome health and service professionals alongside bereaved families from across Canada and abroad, and will highlight key considerations for providing exceptional bereavement care and support under four streams:
- Leadership, Routine Building, and Volunteer Management
- Peer Support
- Community Care and Wellness
- Clinical Care Considerations
