Butterfly Run Ottawa PAIL Network is pleased to have volunteers in Ottawa join the Butterfly Run at City of Hall in Ottawa for their 2023 Wave of Light.  We are coming together in Ottawa to offer bereaved families a meaningful event to honour their babies.
